Delco Defends
The annual Delco Defends series acts as a deep dive into areas of common legal practice. Each year, PDAP organizes multiple training sessions on a specialized topic that remains relevant to all Public Defenders (attorneys, investigators, and social service advocates). These sessions take place in person at the Delaware County Government Center, but also offer a virtual attendance option.
The 2025 Delco Defends programming will focus on Drug Cases. Stay tuned for more information on future trainings, or sign up for our listserv to stay updated on all PDAP trainings.
Our mission is to provide tools, strategies, mutual support, training and information to Public Defender Offices in Pennsylvania; to be the voice of public defense in Pennsylvania; and to promote best practices in the leadership, management, and administration of justice in Pennsylvania.
