Non-Capital Homicide BYOC

The 2024 Non-Capital Homicide Bring Your Own Case (BYOC) Training was created to assist Public Defender teams in developing a workable defense theory for their homicide cases.

This program joins a long list of BYOC trainings that PDAP has historically developed as resources for both new and experienced attorneys looking for case assistance. While many past conferences have dealt with a specialized case area, the 2024 conference was the first of its kind to focus specifically on the unique issues associated with handling non-capital homicide cases.
