ACCR/PDAP Capital Case Series: Ethics for Capital Representation (Lawyers & Non-Lawyers)
ACCR and PDAP are back in partnership together in 2025 to offer a monthly webinar series for capital case practitioners. These webinars offer 801 CLE credits for low to no cost.
This session will cover critical questions in law and ethics for the entire defense team (lawyers and non-lawyers) in capital cases. Some of the topics include what information gets written down versus what gets discussed in person, admissibility issues, ethical dilemmas for Social Workers, considerations for what is discoverable at all stages of the case, how lawyers can shield their mitigation specialist, and much more.
