PDAP’s 3rd Annual Appellate Academy 

PDAP’s 2023 Appellate Academy II will be held October 10th & 11th in Harrisburg. The Appellate Academy offers both in-person and online options hearing from Appellate Attorneys across the State as well as Superior Court Judges. People who attend in-person will have the opportunity to participate in BYOC workshops with our faculty. You will be able to choose which workshop you wish to attend! The workshop option will not be made available to those that participate online.   We will offer 15 CLE credits across the program.  

• FOR: All Public Defenders (appellate and trial attorney)
• WHEN: October 10th & 11th (ends at roughly 2pm on the 11th)
• WHO: Appellate Attorneys, Superior Court Judges and AI Presentations
• WHERE: In-Person at the Central Premier Hotel in Harrisburg (800 East Park Drive | Harrisburg, PA 17111) or Online
  • NOTE: EACH PARTICIPANT MUST BOOK THEIR OWN ROOM. To book your room, please click HERE.  Note that they will ask you for a credit card to book the room and at the time you check in.  The credit card will only be charged for incidentals, or, should you cancel last minute. Otherwise your room will be paid for by PDAP.
• CLE: this training provides 15 hours of substantive CLE credits, for free for PA Public Defenders
