Clean Slate & Expungement 101

This training will cover the basics of Pennsylvania’s Expungement and Clean Slate laws. We will be joined by Sharon Dietrich, Litigation Director at Community Legal Services (CLS) and the architect of Clean Slate in Pennsylvania, and Erin Boyle, Deputy Chief of Trials and the lead expungement attorney at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s office.
