FOR: All Public Defenders (lawyers, social service staff, investigators, mitigators, support staff)
WHAT: The Pennsylvania Prison Society has been advocating for the health, safety, and dignity of all incarcerated people for more than 200 years. They provide direct assistance to incarcerated people and families, work to ensure vital support networks are kept alive through incarceration, and provide a window into the closed world of Pennsylvania’s prisons.

CLE: For PA barred attorneys, this training will come with 1 substantive CLE credit, free to PA Public Defenders. For conflict counsel and other public interest attorneys, the cost for this CLE is $10. For private attorneys, the cost is $25.
