Non-Capital Homicide Bring Your Own Case Conference

This is a theory of defense based training focusing specifically on defending non-capital homicide cases. Participants should register and attend with their defense team (attorneys, social service staff, investigators, and mitigators) and must bring their own case to workshop throughout the training. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice jury selection with live mock jurors to develop and test their theory of defense.
