Opioid Trust Funding for Public Defense

The Pennsylvania Opioid Trust recently decided to allow funding for Public Defender offices. We’ll discuss how Public Defender offices can access trust funding. We’ll hear from two Chief Defenders who successfully secured funding and then from staff from Allegheny County PD’s Project Rehabilitate to demonstrate a possible model for an impactful, client-centered use of these resources.
