Christina is responsible for the oversight of all financial and human resource related activities of the organization. She has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience, serving communities by working for a variety of nonprofits in the Finger Lakes and Hudson Valley regions of New York State, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Her desire and focus has always been to support organizations that educate, build, and strengthen communities to achieve an equitable, meaningful quality of life for all. 

Christina’s career journey began as an accounting assistant for local credit unions, then moved on to develop her skill-set as the Accounts Payable Manager for one of the largest urban school districts in New York State for over 11 years. Most recently, she served as Interim Executive Director/CFO for a regional non-profit in Massachusetts that creates housing cooperatives in the Northeast. Her roles have afforded her the opportunity to become a thought leader in the development of strategic business plans, as well as a subject matter expert in multiple software implementations and upgrade projects.  She has also developed and implemented business procedures to promote strong internal controls and continuous process improvements throughout her career.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, singing, watching classic black and white films, and taking nature walks during the picturesque months of autumn (as long as there are not too many bugs around).
