Crawford County VA Clinic

This is an outpatient clinic that offers general medical care, including primary care, behavioral health, diabetes care, laboratory services, nutrition services, and more. Individuals must be enrolled in VA Health Care to receive services. Eligibility is based on service history, discharge status, and income. Some veterans may be required to pay copays depending on their VA priority group. VA may bill private insurance for care related to non-service-connected conditions.
