Positive Pathways primarily serves Allegheny County but is open to anyone seeking support. They offer a variety of drug and alcohol treatment services—including Medication-Assisted Treatment and outpatient rehab—at their two Pittsburgh locations. There are no entrance requirements. Although services involve costs, they accept all forms of medical assistance and a range of private insurance plans. They also work with the courts and provide court-ordered evaluations.
