Provides non-clinical support for individuals who are substance-involved and/or in recovery. Through its peer specialist model, they emphasize life skills and resources necessary for ongoing success in recovery. Services include support groups and recovery coaching; addiction and recovery education; and Warm handoffs to resources for treatment, primary care and mental health care.
