Garfield Jubilee is a Youth Build program for individuals aged 16-24 that have dropped out of school or need further educational help. They have low-income requirements, call for more information on if you meet them. They help students earn their high school diploma or G.E.D. and also offer certifications in healthcare or construction. There is an online application on their website, or you can call them for more information. There is no cost associated with the program. They pay students in work-programs a stipend and $15/hour.
