Workforce development program with locations in Malvern and Kensington. They offer paid work opportunities to adults with disabilities, those on parole or probation, and those in recovery from homelessness or substance use disorder. Participants in this program are paid to work and learn. They offer a 12-week job readiness program and support individuals in moving on to a permanent job after 12 months. Their locations include two light manufacturing warehouses in which the workday is from 8am – 3:45pm Monday-Friday. Individuals must have no limitations from performing light industrial/manual work (reasonable accommodations for disabilities), be able to independently get to/from work, be self-managing in terms of personal requirements during the work day, and not be convicted of felony involving significant violence or sex crimes.
