This is a restorative diversionary program that offers recovery based services and diversionary sentencing to eligible individuals. Individuals must be over the age of 18 and must be a Lehigh/Northampton County Resident approved by Lehigh/Northampton County Court. Both male and female, non-violent offenders (violence related to drug & alcohol is evaluated case by case) who require D&A treatment based on ASAM assessments and voluntarily consent to the program can participate. Individuals with a history of arson, sex offense(s), violence separate from drug/alcohol use, un-managed or unstable psychiatric/medical conditions (including detox), and/or an I.Q. lower than 75 are not eligible to participate.
