27 one-bedroom apartments for persons ages 62 and older or underage if handicapped and/or disabled. Rent is based on income. Rent includes hot water, sewer, and trash removal. Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted. Voucher holders must wait on the list the same as non-voucher holders. The facility is pet friendly and tobacco free.
