Franklin County Legal Services offers immigration services to low-income members of Franklin, Fulton, Adams, Cumberland, Perry, and Juniata counties. To qualify for these services, applicants have to be low-income, and if they qualify through an intake meeting, there is no cost. They also have Spanish-speaking staff.
