A cancer wellness and resource center that is located in Luzerne and provides support to cancer patients and their loved ones in a loving, safe and home-like environment.

The classes they offer include gentle yoga, Tai Chi / QiGong, and one-on-one personal training with a certified personal trainer. Gentle yoga small group sessions are available on Wednesday’s and individual sessions available on Monday’s. Tai Chi Easy / QiGong small group sessions offered on Tuesdays. Call to schedule for all clasess, classes at no cost to cancer clients and survivors.

They also offer reiki therapy, massage therapy, refloxology, vibrational sound therapy, facials, and acupuncture.

Their support groups include: peer-to-peer support group (2nd Thursday of each month @5:30pm), breast cancer support group (3rd Monday of each month), men’s cancer support group (call for details), and caregiver support group (call for details).
