This is an organization that is located in Hanover, but provides telehealth services to individuals throughout Pennsylvania.

They provide therapy for children, aged 8 and older, with convenient hours after-school or via telehealth. They provide therapy for children who may be experiencing: ADD/ADHD, autism, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, behavioral concerns, grief, life transitions, abuse, and grief and addiction.

They also provide therapy services to adults, via in-person appointment or telehealth. Services for adults include: EMDR, DBT, and CBT. They provide therapy for adults who may be experiencing: ADD/ADHD, autism, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, behavioral concerns, grief, life transitions, abuse, and grief and addiction.

Their EMDR Intensives therapy may be a good option for clients that have been engaged in therapy and are ready to do intensive trauma work for a short period of time. This option is available for clients aged 15 and older. This is not covered by insurance and they do not offer a payment plan. The intensives are scheduled over 2 days of 3 hours per day with a break or 3 days of 2 hours per day.
