Provides specialized services for adolescents with problem sexual behavior, including charges of or conviction of a sexual offense. YSRP’s approach is strength-based and holistic, working with adolescents to incorporate support systems, focus on relapse prevention, and enhance protective factors. Services include full comprehensive psychosexual evaluations to determine treatment needs; offense-specific outpatient treatment; individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and psychiatry; and evidence-based treatments include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy for Trauma (PE), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Adolescents (PSB-CBT-A). Eligibility: youth aged 12+; history of problematic sexual behaviors, either with delinquency charges or without; qualify for Medicaid insurance or through a court order in Philadelphia county, or self-pay.
