Case Law Updates

The materials you find here come from the combined labor of many people, but primary credit goes to the hard-working PDs at the Defender Association of Philadelphia who drafted the original trial manuals and substantive materials and who permitted their editing down and use here.  Particular thanks go to Jeff Shender, who did much of the original drafting, and to Cheryl Brooks, who did recent updating of the work.  Our appreciation also goes to the Defender Association for permitting PDAP to make them available.  The original manuals were edited down by Sara Jacobson, with the help of student interns from Temple Law School: Bianca Evans, Louis Gentilucci, and Nicholas Headland.
