Eric Beinhart

My name is Eric Beinhart and I am a new Assistant Public Defender in Allegheny County. I’m a proud new Pennsylvanian, having recently moved to the state from Virginia, where I grew up and attended both college and law school.

Since being admitted, I have been working as a Preliminary Arraignments Attorney for the Allegheny County Public Defender. So far, this has been an incredible experience connecting with clients at the earliest stage of their case, communicating with magistrate judges, and arguing for bond. I’m thrilled to be an Emerging Leader and I cannot wait for all that is in store for this year!
