Train the Trainer

Train the Trainer is an annual event hosted in December at the Hershey Lodge hotel in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This program is specifically designed to support and show gratitude for anyone leading training sessions for PDAP throughout the year – Public Defender attorneys, investigators, and social service staff. It also acts as an opportunity to review skills related to training and presenting, including dealing with the occasional challenges of presenting to peers.

This year’s Train the Trainer will be hosted on December 19, 2024. Half a day of programming will be followed by a holiday celebration, complete with a dinner, white elephant gift exchange, and murder mystery event. PDAP is excited to personally thank all of its trainers for their hard work throughout the year, support them as they prepare for future programming, and celebrate with the entire community!
