Advanced Cross Training (Bring Your Own Case)
This is a 2-day interactive "bring your own case" format training where you will learn both broad case theory analysis and how to build an affirmative cross examination: a cross examination that supports or tells a story of actual innocence, rather than a solely deconstructive cross that pokes hole in the prosecution witness’s story. This is a very interactive training ideal for Public Defender attorneys with 1 to 5 years of practice.
