Sentencing Advocacy & Mitigation Writing Workshop
At this interactive “bring your own work product” format training, we will hear plenaries about Narrative Development and Evocative Writing and then break out into small groups to workshop sentencing memos, mitigation reports or written openings/closings that incorporate client life stories. You are required to bring a sentencing/mitigation work product with you to this training as we will be workshopping these with our faculty. There is limited space for this training. We will confirm your attendance once registration closes.

CLE: This training is free for all Public Defenders. For conflict counsel or other public interest attorneys, the cost is $25. For private attorneys, the cost is $250. Please make payment here.
