Sentencing Advocacy and Mitigation Writing Workshop

Join us for this interactive in-person Bring Your Own work product training for attorneys and social service staff/mitigators. Some experience with using your client’s life story in sentencing memos, mitigation reports or openings/closings is required. We will be hearing plenaries on mitigation development and then workshopping work products with our faculty.
