This training will include information regarding: Judicial Notice of Adjudicative Facts (Pa.R.E. 201); Mode and Order of Witnesses (Pa.R.E. 601); Mode and Order of Examining Witnesses (Pa.R.E. 611); ethical considerations associated with these rules; and other topics.
