AI & Case Management Software Implementation
This training kicks off a series of vendor presentation trainings about different AI augmented software and case management systems available to support Public Defender offices. This series will run monthly, roughly the third Thursday of the month, from 2-3pm. Most sessions will include two vendors and a chance to ask them questions.
The first training in the series is about how to implement a new case management or AI software system into your office. It will cover what to think about when researching options, how to prepare the people in the office for the change, and pitfalls to avoid in the process.
