Bring Your Own Homicide Case Mitigation & Investigation Virtual Workshop
This half-day virtual training is for ALL Public Defender investigators, social service advocates and attorneys currently representing clients who are charged with homicide at the trial level. It will feature plenary sessions on homicide mitigation and investigation followed by case discussions in breakout rooms with other PDs and our faculty.
Participants are encouraged to sign up with teams of different roles working together on the same case, but any Public Defender in any of these roles is also able to join on their own to workshop a case.
